CAMELEO

CAMELEO is an interior concept for a target group between the ages of 25 and 35, who like to spend their free time outdoors. The design language of CAMELEO is mainly inspired by carabiners translated to distictivly shaped elements, that communicate a strong holding structure throughout the interior. By embracing them with softer blended forms a hard/soft contrast is created. The users get a feeling of both technical and emotional safety by the combination of a sturdy carrying element and the soft enclosing shapes, sourrounding the whole car. To support the users during all kinds of outdoor activities the CAMELEO interior features three different key modes, that fit the most common scenarios around that topic. Based on the conditions of the destination of the advanture the car creates a natural experience already on the drive there. This gives the users a feeling of being outside, enhancing their anticipation for the actual adventure. To achieve this, patterns (flowers, plants or trees) or sounds (animals, birds or rustling of leaves) typical for the location, certain weather conditions and other features are brought inside through different functions around the car.
