„Skywalker“ – The European Vision for the Next Generation EV Interiors

Developed in collaboration with the Geely Innovation Center Milan, Skywalker is a European electric grand tourer concept created for young double-income households without children who consider their dog an integral part of the family. The project explores how future electric vehicles can evolve beyond transportation by placing greater emphasis on shared experiences, comfort, and meaningful moments together.

Rather than designing the vehicle around seating positions alone, Skywalker is built around the different moments of a journey. A spacious front cabin provides an equal and immersive experience for both occupants, while a dedicated space between them allows the dog to travel as a natural part of the family instead of being separated in the rear. Once the destination is reached, the vehicle transforms into a private retreat. Inspired by the open decks of classic European yachts, the rear lounge creates a relaxed environment where driver, passenger, and dog can spend quality time together.

The design combines timeless European heritage with a contemporary interpretation of luxury. Influenced by Art Deco architecture, coachbuilt grand tourers, and the craftsmanship of classic European design, Skywalker expresses elegance through clean proportions, flowing surfaces, and a continuous architectural center axis. Organic inspiration drawn from the fluid movement and muscular tension of a panther adds a sense of controlled athleticism, balancing sculptural beauty with dynamic presence.

By treating the dog as a design catalyst rather than an afterthought, Skywalker reimagines the traditional grand tourer. The result is a vehicle that transforms from a means of transportation into a luxurious living space, where architecture, craftsmanship, and shared moments redefine the future of European electric mobility.
